Sectoral Support and Delivery Assistance (Stream 4)
The role of Sectoral Support and Delivery Assistance funding is to enhance settlement services delivery throughout B.C.
Sectoral Support enhances settlement services delivery by establishing and maintaining effective and supportive networks and a professional workforce within the immigrant-serving sector.
Delivery Assistance aims at improving settlement services through the development of new tools, methodologies and service delivery models.
Sectoral Support and Delivery Assistance contractors become qualified for funding through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process on BC Bid or are contracted with following the posting of Notices of Intent to Direct Award on BC Bid.
Sectoral Support and Delivery Assistance providers currently include the Affiliation of Multicultural Societies and Service Agencies of B.C., ELSA Net, the Immigrant Employment Council of BC, the Centre for Canadian Language Benchmarks, and other organizations.
