Simply complete the Order Form below, include your email address, and click Submit at the bottom of the form. A copy of your order will be sent automatically to your email address.

All orders are reviewed before shipment. You may be contacted for more information. WelcomeBC resources will not be shipped outside of British Columbia. Please allow a minimum of 5 days for delivery.

British Columbia Newcomers' Guide to Resources and Services (2009 Edition)

The B.C. Newcomers' Guide has information that will help newcomers settle in B.C. in their first few months after arrival. Inside you will find information about topics such as housing, banking, health care, education, cars and driving, employment and business, the legal system, government and citizenship, and much more.

The B.C. Newcomers' Guide will also be made available in the following languages:
