Processing Fees

BC Provincial Nominee Program - Business Immigration - Processing Fees

All three categories of the Business Immigration component of the BC PNP require payment of a $3,000 CAD processing fee. In addition:

• Business Skills applicants must pay an additional $1,000 processing fee for each key staff member proposed to be included in the application.
• Applications in the Strategic Projects category must pay an additional $1,000 processing fee for each key staff member proposed to be included in the application.

Please note that applications will NOT be accepted for processing and will be returned to the sender if the fee amount or type of payment is incorrect.

Refund of Fees

The BC PNP will conduct an initial review of applications in the Business Skills and Regional Projects category. If your application in either of these 2 categories is refused following the initial review, the BC PNP will send you a letter advising you of the reasons for this refusal and will refund BC PNP fees paid, less CAD $1,000 to cover processing to this point. The BC PNP will not refund any processing fees on applications that proceed past the initial review.

How to Pay

BC PNP fees must be paid by bank draft, money order or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) in Canadian dollars. The bank draft and/or money order must be made payable to "MINISTER OF FINANCE" or the application will be returned.  The BC PNP does NOT accept payment by personal cheque or cash.

Note that the BC PNP fee is separate from and in addition to any fees that may have to be paid to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
