Before submitting an application, make sure all the necessary forms below have been completed and signed in the correct places. Attach all relevant supporting documentation to your application. Do not send original documents – only photocopies should be provided.

You must include photocopies of the COMPLETED CIC forms, from above, with your BC PNP application. Submit only photocopies of completed CIC forms to the BC PNP – not the originals. Do not submit criminal record checks or police certificates to the BC PNP.
Do NOT submit any completed forms to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) until you receive written confirmation from BC PNP that you have been nominated. The BC PNP will provide nominees with instructions on submitting their federal forms to CIC.
Payment of BC PNP Fees
A $3,000 fee is required with each application in the Business Skills and Regional Projects categories. If a business skills application includes a key staff, an additional $1,000 application fee is required. For forms and information on processing fees please see the Processing Fees page.
Authorized Representatives
You do not need to use a representative to apply to the BC PNP.
However, if you are using the services of an authorized representative, this person must meet the requirements for Authorized Representatives, and you must submit an Authorized Representative Form with your application.
Submitting Your Application
Completed BC PNP application packages can be submitted through mail, courier, or dropped off in person at the address below. Note: we strongly recommend that you submit your package through registered mail or courier to ensure that it is “tracked” and you are notified by the post office or courier company when the BC PNP has received it.
