How to Apply
Before You Apply
Carefully follow these steps:
- review the requirements for your category: Skilled Workers or International Graduates
- complete the application forms
- review Frequently Asked Questions
- contact us if you have any questions about eligibility or the program
Remember that the employer and the nominee applicant must submit a joint application.
You do not have to use a representative to apply to the BC PNP. The program is designed for you to be able to complete the application on your own. If you do choose to use a representative, they must meet the requirements for authorized representatives.
Applications for nominee applicants who have a valid work permit should be submitted at least 90 days before that work permit expires.
Steps

Before submitting an application, make sure all the necessary forms have been completed and signed in the correct places. We require photocopies of all completed Citizenship and Immigration (CIC) documents. Do not send the completed originals to CIC until you have been notified by BC PNP. Attach all relevant supporting documentation and remember to include the processing fee. Any monies such as cheques or money orders should be made out to “MINISTER OF FINANCE”. The application checklist (PDF - 665 KB) will help you assemble the application package.

- If the application package is incomplete or does not include the correct processing fee we will not create a file. We will return the application along with the fee amount we received. You can resubmit your application when you have made corrections or submitted the correct amount.
