As an alternative, you may request a video appointment using the BC PNP appointment booking tool. For the fastest response, please send an inquiry using the contact form.

How to book an appointment:
- Go to the appointment booking tool
- Select an available date on the calendar
- Select an available time
- Fill in your personal details
- Provide your BC PNP file number (if applicable)
- Describe the purpose of your appointment
- Click the "book" button
- Check your email account for a confirmation message with instructions
- Only book one appointment at a time. If you book more than one appointment, additional appointments will be cancelled
- You will receive a reminder email before your appointment
- If you can’t attend at the scheduled time, please reschedule or cancel your appointment in advance
- Remember to install Microsoft Teams before your video appointment
How to join an appointment:
- Find your confirmation email or reminder email
- Click the "join your appointment" button in your confirmation email
- Wait for BC PNP staff to start the meeting. When the meeting starts, our staff will ask a few questions to confirm your identity
How to reschedule an appointment:
- Find your confirmation email
- Click the "reschedule" button in your confirmation email. A new page will appear with your appointment details
- Click the "reschedule" button
- Select an available date on the calendar
- Select an available time
- Verify your details are correct
- Click the "update booking" button. A pop-up message will appear confirming your rescheduled booking
- Click "OK"
- Check your email account for a confirmation message
How to cancel an appointment:
- Find your confirmation email
- Click the "reschedule" button in your confirmation email. A new page will appear with your appointment details
- Click the "cancel booking" button. A pop-up message will appear asking if you want to cancel the booking
- Click "cancel booking". A pop-up message will appear confirming your cancellation
- Click "OK"
- Check your email account for a confirmation message
