System outage notice
Tuesday, October 28, 2025: The payment processing issue in the BC PNP Online User Portal has been resolved. Applicants who received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) and were affected by the issue will be provided with additional time to complete and submit their applications:
- Skills Immigration ITAs previously expiring on November 1, 2025 will now expire on November 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
- Entrepreneur Immigration ITAs previously expiring on November 5, 2025 will now expire on November 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Users experiencing any other technical issues are encouraged to contact PNPInfo@gov.bc.ca as soon as possible for assistance.
System maintenance
Wednesday, November 12, 2025: Payment system maintenance will occur on November 12, 2025, between the hours of 10 am to 1 pm (PT). If you encounter an error, please try again outside the maintenance window.
Daily: Scheduled maintenance to the BC PNP Online system may cause minor interruptions between the hours of 12:00 AM to 12:30 AM (PT) daily.
