Invitations to apply

Last updated: September 10, 2025

Periodically, the BC PNP invites candidates in its registration pool to apply to the program. Candidates that are deemed most likely to meet B.C.’s economic and labour market needs are selected based on their registration information.

Invitations to apply (ITA) are issued to both Skills Immigration and Entrepreneur Immigration registrants. To find out if you received an ITA, please log into your BC PNP Online User Profile.

May 8, 2025

On May 8, 2025, the BC PNP issued invitations to apply to 94 candidates who will create high economic impact in B.C. Invitations were issued based on:

  • Minimum wage of $105/hr, currently working full-time in B.C. for the supporting employer, and the job offer is NOC TEER 0 or 1 (47 candidates), or
  • A minimum score of 150 points (47 candidates).

Future high economic impact invitations to apply may be based on different factors. Please refer to section 7.3(a) of the Skills Immigration Program Guide.

Please note: invitations to apply are issued to qualified registrations received before the date of the draw.
